Production Operator | Entry Level

Unlike bulky insulated packaging, InsulTote products are compact, helping customers reduce shipping costs, warehouse labor, and storage space.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
As a Production Operator, you'll be cross-trained across multiple departments—including packaging, duct, and machine operation—helping the team meet daily production goals while learning new skills and contributing to a collaborative workplace.

Job Duties
  • Cross-train in packaging, duct, and machine operator departments.
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Work with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Pay increase available upon permanent hire.
Schedule
12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
The schedule repeats every two weeks, providing a consistent rotating work pattern.
Experience or Skill Requirements
  • No experience required—paid training provided!
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift.
