Extruder | Night shift

You'll be joining a company that offers high-performing insulation products featuring energy-efficient radiant thermal technology. Their leading product, AstroShield—an improved version of the formerly known ASTRO-FOIL—features a new surface and combines a vapor barrier, an air infiltration barrier, and reflective insulation all in one. This innovative material is built with two compact layers of polyethylene air-bubble pockets sandwiched between film, making it ideal for metal buildings, post-frame structures, garages, and more.

Job Type: Temporary

Job Summary:
The Extruder will support daily production by helping operate extrusion equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. This role plays a key part in delivering reliable insulation products to customers.

Job Duties
 • Assist with the setup and operation of extruder machinery
 • Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards
 • Load and unload materials and maintain a clean work area
 • Monitor machine performance and report issues to the operator
 • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:
 Two-week project either Monday and Tuesday 6pm to 6am or Friday and Saturday 6:00pm to 6:00am

Experience or Skill Requirements:
 • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
 • Strong teamwork and communication skills
 • Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
 • Dependable with strong attendance
 • Previous manufacturing or machine-operator experience is a plus but not required
