Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Location: Cary, IL
Pay Rate: $23.30/hour

Overview:
Kelly is hiring motivated 2nd Shift Machine Operators for an industry leader in Cary, IL. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company and develop valuable skills in advanced manufacturing!

Schedule:
2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, for production.
  • Oversee the safe operation of large-scale manufacturing equipment, including:
    • Feeding raw materials
    • Adjusting machine settings
    • Performing minor machine repairs
    • Pulling finished products from the line
  • Follow process sheets and written or verbal instructions from supervisors to perform all necessary production tasks.
  • Inspect finished products and operations to ensure results meet set tolerances and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
  • Basic technical/mechanical aptitude; ability to perform simple adjustments and minor repairs
  • Routine manual labor capabilities; tasks are generally repetitive
  • Ability to inspect and compare results against defined guidelines
  • No experience required; training provided
