Job description

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain assigned production equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
-Set up machines, perform routine adjustments, and ensure proper machine cleaning and maintenance.
-Perform regular quality control checks and document production data accurately.
-Maximize productivity and maintain steady workflow during the shift.
-Communicate effectively with other operators and shift leaders.
-Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting and resolving machinery or operational problems.
-Recommend and assist with process improvements for production efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
-Prior experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting (3+ years preferred).
