Machine Operator

Pay: $22.00/hour

Shifts are 4:30p-5a Fri-Sun and every other Thursday
Employment Type: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible

Position Summary

As a Machine Operator, you are a critical part of our production team, ensuring filling and packaging equipment operates safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Your ability to keep production running smoothly directly impacts the success of the entire facility.

We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality products, maintaining a safe work environment, and contributing to a strong team culture. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to grow your skills in a production environment, we provide training and opportunities for success.

What You'll Do

Equipment Operation

  • Operate filling and packaging equipment according to established procedures and production schedules.
  • Perform machine startups, changeovers, and routine operational adjustments.
  • Monitor equipment performance and help maintain efficient product flow throughout the production line.

Quality & Safety

  • Conduct required quality checks and accurately document results.
  • Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Follow all food safety, SQF, GMP, and workplace safety requirements.

Production Support

  • Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and end-of-shift cleanup activities.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
  • Support teammates and rotate workstations as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to follow established food safety and manufacturing procedures.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
