Position: Saw Operator
Pay: $20.00
Shift: Will train on 1st shift, then move to 2nd shift (1:30 pm to 10:30 pm) - shift differential applies
Location: Peotone, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Saw Operator to start immediately at $20.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Measure and cut steel accurately and safely.
  • Use various saws to cut steel in a precise and efficient manner.
  • Inspect safety guards and equipment operational features.
  • Replenish fluids, cutting oils, and hydraulic oils as needed.
  • Incorporate saw cutting into load stacking processes.
  • Operate torch and banding equipment proficiently.
  • Manage overhead cranes safely.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to read tape measures, micrometers, and a square accurately.
  • Good math skills to ensure proper cuts.
  • Experience operating a forklift.
  • Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Prior band saw experience is a plus.
