Title: Machine Operator – Geneva, NY
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Type: Direct Hire | Onsite

Job Summary:
Seeking a reliable Machine Operator to operate and monitor production/rework equipment in a food manufacturing facility. The role involves packaging, labeling, B2B rework, quality checks, basic machine adjustments, and maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED.

  • Production, machine operation, packaging, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and hand-tool experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety/GMP procedures.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work onsite.

Preferred: Experience with labeling, packaging, depalletizing, rework, pallet handling, forklift/pallet jack, or production-line equipment.
