Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and preparation of machinery for foam production.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of raw materials needed for the production process.
  • Support the Foam Machine Operators in loading raw materials into machines and ensuring continuous production flow.
  • Conduct basic quality checks on produced foam and report any deviations from standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor issues with machinery under the guidance of senior operators.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep production equipment in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished foam products.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to foam production.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
