Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Machine Operator role in Portland, OR. Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production.
· Set up machines according to specifications, including calibration and adjustments.
· Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
· Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
· Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
· Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
· Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
· Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
· Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
