OverviewThe Foam Room Operator is a key member of a threeperson production team responsible for foaming the cores of our Traffic Doors in a manufacturing environment. This role is physical, fastpaced, and requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. The operator will run foam presses, handle a foam gun, and follow established procedures to ensure consistent and highquality product output.

Responsibilities

  • Operate foam presses and foam gun equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare doors for the foaming process according to production specifications.
  • Monitor machinery, gauges, and material flow to ensure proper operation.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Document production data, material usage, and any equipment issues.
  • Assist with routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
