Job description
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Helper role in Marion, OH. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.
- Support production teams with material handling, assembly, and basic machine operation.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Accurately document production activities and report any issues or discrepancies.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic upkeep of equipment and work areas.
- Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work swing shift, including evenings and occasional weekends.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- $17.00 per hour starting wage.
