Machine Shop Helper / Manufacturing Associate

$18.00 per Hour | Temecula, CA
Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4-Day Work Week!)


Seeking mechanically inclined individuals for a manufacturing company in Temecula. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with their hands, operating machinery, mechanically inclined, and learning valuable manufacturing skills.


Grinding experience is a plus. We are open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the production and finishing of custom metal components.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, including grinders and stamping machines.
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and testers.
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards.
  • Support general shop operations and maintain a safe work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, automotive repair, fabrication, or other hands-on technical fields is highly preferred.
  • Grinding or machine shop experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a machine shop environment around moving mechanical equipment.
