CNC Milling Hand – Parma, OH 44129

Pay: $28-32/hr, based on experience, skills, and abilities.

Position Type: Day Shift - Full-Time – Direct Hire

Crucial Link is recruiting for a DIRECT HIRE position - an experienced CNC Milling Hand for a NADCAP-certified aerospace machining manufacturer located in Parma, OH 44129.

This position is ideal for someone with strong CNC milling experience who can confidently program, set up, and operate CNC milling equipment.

The right candidate will have hands-on experience working with Mori Seiki machines and Fanuc controls. This is not just an operator role — candidates must be able to understand prints, make edits, program as needed, set up jobs, and produce quality parts.

Responsibilities:
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines
  • Work with Mori Seiki equipment and Fanuc controls
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
  • Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required tolerances
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Previous CNC milling experience required
  • Must be able to program and operate CNC milling machines
  • Experience with Mori Seiki machines preferred
  • Experience with Fanuc controls required
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
