Location: Greenville, MI Shift: 1st Pay: $21.32 per hour

Job Summary
Are you looking for an opportunity to build your career in CNC machining? We're seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Greenville, MI. In this role, you'll help support production by operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality aluminum components while ensuring parts are completed accurately and on schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • CNC Machine Operation: Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce aluminum components according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Machine Setup & Production: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files while setting up machines and tools for production runs.
  • Quality & Process Monitoring: Monitor machining processes for quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary to ensure accurate parts and on-time delivery.
In addition, you will perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment, collaborate with team members to improve production processes, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Previous CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to understand CAD files and production specifications.
  • Experience setting up CNC machines and tools preferred.
