Job description

Do you have experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or production environment? This Manufacturing Production Operator role could be a great fit!

A company that manufactures architectural lighting products is looking to add a new team member. You’ll help prepare parts for painting and powder coating while working with hand tools and automated equipment.

Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, weekends off, a relaxed work environment, and opportunities for growth.

Manufacturing Production Operator Duties:
  • Sand and prepare parts for painting and powder coating
  • Use hand tools to complete finishing and prep work
  • Operate automated paint-prep equipment
  • Apply epoxy to parts as needed
  • Plug threaded holes before powder coating
  • Unload parts from the conveyor line
  • Inspect and package finished parts
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Pay: $19/hour

Manufacturing Production Operator Requirements:
  • Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment
  • Accurate counting and basic math skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive work
  • Basic computer skills
