Job description

Alliance Workforce is hiring Production Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Oldsmar. This is a full-time, second-shift opportunity for dependable candidates with manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience.

Production Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $21.38 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely
• Load materials into machines and remove finished products
• Monitor production processes and report machine issues
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with general manufacturing duties as needed
• Meet daily production and quality goals

Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required
