NYCOR is hiring Machine Operators in Minneapolis! Great Opportunity!

We have multiple opportunities available in our Coating Department. This is a great chance to join a stable company, learn valuable skills, and grow your career in manufacturing.


Machine Operator โ€“ 1st Shift - Great Opportunity!!!!

  • Pay: $20.28/hr.
  • Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm)


What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Operate coating and laminating machines to meet production requirements
  • Read and follow work orders for custom product specifications
  • Set up and prepare materials for processing
  • Load rolls of material, thread through feed systems, and monitor coating line during operation
  • Adjust machine settings as needed for quality output
  • Complete required paperwork, logs, and checklists accurately
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean
  • Train and support new employees as needed
  • Follow safety and quality guidelines, including hazardous waste responsibilities

  • Solid work history with reliable attendance
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
