What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality plastic products used by customers across a variety of industries. A typical day may include:

✔ Operating rotational molding equipment safely and efficiently.

✔ Preparing molds and accurately measuring materials for each production cycle.

✔ Loading molds, monitoring production, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

✔ Opening and closing molds and removing finished parts with proper tools and lifting equipment.

✔ Performing secondary operations such as trimming, foaming, graphics application, assembly, and packaging.

✔ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

✔ Inspecting products for quality and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

✔ Working with teammates to keep production running smoothly and safely.

✔ Ability to safely maneuver molds weighing 75 pounds or more using hoists, forklifts, and other lifting equipment.

✔ Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and meet physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
