Job description

⚙️ Machine Operator – Start Immediately | $22.50/hr | Weekly Pay | 3rd Shift 🌙

Join a fast‑paced, growing food‑production team where you’ll operate high‑tech equipment, support continuous production, and help create high‑quality products every shift. Perfect for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and a steady overnight schedule.

🔧 What You’ll Do
  • Operate production machinery including mixers and the front end of tortilla production lines safely and efficiently
  • Start up equipment at the start of each shift and verify proper operation; report issues immediately
  • Replace mesh and Teflon belts to maintain continuous production flow
  • Adjust machine settings to meet product specs for size, weight, and quality
  • Verify recipes and system settings during changeovers using the Plex ERP system
  • Complete production documentation accurately and enter data into system applications
  • Monitor and record production waste and report discrepancies
  • Use HMI/ERP systems to input data and adjust oven temperatures and belt speeds
  • Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs including weighing and adding ingredients to mixers
💵 Pay & 🕒 Schedule
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Monday–Friday)
  • Pay: $22.50/hr — weekly pay!

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
