Machine Operator โ€“ Multiple Openings

Locations: Eden Prairie, Chanhassen & Carver, MN

Shifts Available: AM & PM | 10-Hour and 12-Hour Shifts

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunities Available

Midwest Staffing in Shakopee is currently hiring experienced Machine Operators for multiple openings with established manufacturing and printing companies in the southwest metro area. If you have previous machine operating experience and are looking for a stable opportunity with overtime potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing or printing equipment
  • Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Accurately complete production documentation
Qualifications:
  • Previous machine operator experience required
  • Manufacturing and/or printing industry experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
