Overview

The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in the food manufacturing facility to ensure efficient production processes and consistent product quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety standards and wear all required safety equipment;
  • Operate assigned machinery according to established procedures and guidelines;
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and detect any deviations or malfunctions;
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any potential issues or safety hazards;
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment;
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders;
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production output, and any maintenance or repairs performed;
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions to production;
  • Adhere to food safety and quality standards, including proper handling of ingredients and finished products, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to enhance overall productivity and profitability;
