Job Description: Machine Operator - Saw
Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator/ saw operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of various industrial machines. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, operate, and monitor equipment to produce high-quality products. Utilizing your expertise in CNC cutting machines, press brakes, drills, saws, and other industrial tools, you will contribute to the smooth flow of production and meet strict quality standards.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications, while operating machines to produce precise and consistent outfit.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to meet product requirements.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure machines operate at peak efficiency.
  • Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines to achieve production targets.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6-12 months of related work experience
  • Experience with CNC cutting machines, press brakes, drills, and saws preferred.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting safety rules and procedures
  • Familiar with general fabrication and assembly tools
  • Strong mathematical ability for basic calculations and understanding instructions in written or verbal form.
