Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Pay: $20–$21/hour + shift differential once hired full-time

Shift: 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

Location: Roseville, MN 55113

We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator to run production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone with previous hands-on machine operating experience who is comfortable working independently, monitoring quality, and keeping production running efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate production machinery

  • Monitor equipment and production throughout the shift

  • Follow work instructions and product specifications

  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

  • Make basic machine adjustments and respond to operating issues

  • Complete production checklists and required documentation

  • Track materials and production information accurately

  • Perform routine machine maintenance

  • Minimize downtime, material waste, and production errors
