Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 / hour

Machine Operator - operate all machinery designed to manufacture gravure cylinder bases to the required specifications. This includes areas of plating, engraving and proofing.

We are looking for career oriented, hardworking and dependable manufacturing professionals to join our production team. Propelis is looking for people who can work independently, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and eventually cross train in multiple positions.

Machinist/Cylinder Maker Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, physically type data into a computer keyboard, interact verbally in person and on the phone, vision to include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision. Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and/or occasionally move up to 70 lbs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $21 - $22/hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
