As a Corn Milling Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, transforming grains into high-quality products that nourish communities. Available Shifts:

  • Days: 6AM - 6PM 2-2-3 schedule

  • Nights: 6 PM – 6 AM 2-2-3 schedule -- Shift Premium: Earn an extra $3/hour and extra 40 hours of PTO for night shift!

  • **Compensation: **$25 - $27 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and monitor milling equipment to ensure smooth, efficient production.
  • Adjust machinery settings to meet product specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment running at peak performance.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with your team to improve processes and drive results.
  • Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with milling equipment (preferred but not required).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
