Position: Manufacturing Machine Operator

Schedule

Training Period (1st Shift):
Monday – Friday
5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Regular Schedule (2nd Shift):
Monday – Friday
3:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Compensation

  • Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
  • Full-Time Position
  • Temp-to-Hire
  • In-Person Work Environment


What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate and monitor thermoforming and paper cup production machinery
  • Work with conveyors and automated production equipment
  • Operate trimming and cutting machines to finish plastic products
  • Assist with production flow and material handling
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality
  • Complete production documentation and reports accurately
  • Identify and communicate equipment or quality concerns
  • Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures


What We're Looking For

  • Previous machine operator experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
  • English fluency required
  • Korean language skills are a plus
  • Ability to lift 25–50 pounds as needed
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including hair nets, safety glasses, and other safety equipment
