Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery used in a modern manufacturing process. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards. No prior machine operating experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Work both individually and as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain consistent output.
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure products meet defined quality standards.
  • Conduct regular in-process inspections to maintain quality control throughout the production run.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments during the production process.

Pay and Benefits
