A leading staffing agency is currently hiring Machine Operators for multiple manufacturing facilities throughout Lorain County. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to grow in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate a variety of industrial machines (saws, presses, CNC equipment, and more)
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
  • Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools
  • Load and unload materials and support production flow
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (but not required)
