About the position: Cleanliness is very important to us here at Hartville Kitchen. As a Part-Time member of our Dish Machine Operator / Evening Cleaning Team, you will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning, and sanitizing our kitchen equipment to prepare for the next business day.
Essential Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Washes all ware including pots and pans, flatware, and glasses by using the dishwasher
  • Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
  • Stock serving stations, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
  • Cleans trash receptacles with water
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment for the next day's business
  • Must be a team player with a good attitude
  • Availability to work evenings - until 11:00 p.m., Saturdays, and some holidays
