Job description

We are seeking a safety-focused and dependable Forklift Operator to join our team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials and products within the warehouse or production facility while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Department: Warehouse / Production / Logistics
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor or Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials
  • Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
  • Stack and store products in designated warehouse areas
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
  • Assist with order picking, packaging, and staging shipments
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Support warehouse and production teams as needed

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous forklift operating experience required
  • Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on feet for extended periods
