Job description

Heat Treat Furnace Operator - Entry Level Training Available

Looking for a stable overnight position with hands-on manufacturing work? We are hiring Heat Treat Furnace Operators to join our production team. No previous heat treat experience is required - training is provided.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse environments, or industrial settings.

What You'll Do:
  • Load and unload heat treat furnaces safely according to production schedules
  • Operate furnaces using established process recipes and specifications
  • Monitor furnace temperatures, settings, atmosphere, feeds, and production requirements
  • Perform quality checks including hardness and surface inspections
  • Stage materials and organize production areas
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Use gauges, calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools as needed
  • Report equipment concerns to supervisors or maintenance teams
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and production goals
Requirements:
  • No previous experience required - paid training provided
  • Comfortable working around heat, noise, dust, oils, and industrial environments
