Position Overview:

As a laborer in converting, you'll play a crucial role in the production process, assisting with the operation of machinery, and ensuring smooth operations. No experience is necessary - we're looking for computer-literate individuals with strong attendance records. Key Details:
Position: Laborer - Converting
Shift: day shift 7:00 am - 7:00 pm on a 2/2/3 schedule
Schedule: Work Mon/Tues, off Wed/Thurs, work Fri/Sat/Sun, then alternate.
Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in removing rollers from lines and replacing full ones with empty ones.
Provide general assistance with printing and converting machinery.
Utilize computer literacy skills to support production activities.
Maintain good attendance records to contribute to team efficiency.
