Production Technician – Cannabis Production
Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift 3pm -11pm
$18.00/hour
Adecco is hiring Production Technicians to support the manufacturing and packaging of cannabis products in a clean, fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products while following strict safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with cannabis flower and oil products.

  • Weigh, stuff, roll, and prepare products according to production specifications.

  • Label, sticker, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment.

  • Operate efficiently on a high-volume production line.

  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and quality control procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age (required by state law).

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience would is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and move up to 40 pounds.

  • Wear required PPE throughout the workday.

Additional Information

  • Monday through Friday schedule with 2nd shift hours.

  • Pay: $18.00 per hour.
