Outbound Sales Representative

Are you a high-energy communicator looking to kickstart a sales career? DJV, a sister company of Career Now Brands, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in an in-person role at our vibrant office.

This is a phone-first, high-velocity sales position. You won't be hunting for business from scratch—all leads are provided via our marketing efforts, meaning no cold calling is required. You will focus your energy on engaging warm leads, qualifying candidates, and closing the gap between talent and opportunity.

Compensation: $23–26/hour typical earnings (uncapped commission)
This is a performance-driven sales role with strong earning potential. Most team members earn between $23–26/hour when factoring in commission, with top performers earning more.

What You’ll Do (Inside Sales Focus)

  • Drive Outreach: Execute 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads who have already expressed interest.
  • Qualify & Consult: Conduct meaningful sales conversations to understand the career goals of prospective students and driver candidates.
  • Convert Interest: Effectively present trade school and career opportunities, qualifying candidates to ensure a perfect match.
  • Manage Pipelines: Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries to move prospects through the funnel to campus recruiters.
  • Exceed Goals: Identify and cultivate new opportunities while consistently meeting performance targets.

What You’ll Need

  • Sales Mindset: Comfort with sales-related activities and a drive to hit performance goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using technology, including PCs, CRM platforms, and Google Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly, engaging personality.
