Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building. This role is responsible for contacting property managers, apartment communities, commercial businesses, and other potential clients to introduce our cleaning services, schedule meetings, and help grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective business clients daily.
  • Identify decision-makers and build relationships with key contacts.
  • Introduce company services and communicate our value proposition.
  • Schedule appointments and sales meetings for management.
  • Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
  • Track call activity, appointments set, and sales opportunities.
  • Research prospective clients and develop targeted call lists.
  • Overcome objections and professionally handle gatekeepers.
  • Work closely with management to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or business development preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making 75–150 outbound calls per day.
  • Ability to confidently engage with business owners and decision-makers.
