Position Summary

Kinsey's is seeking a motivated and results-driven Distribution Account Manager to join our Dealer Sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of approximately 100โ€“130 dealer accounts while delivering exceptional customer service and driving profitable sales growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by performance-based compensation. This position combines sales, account management, customer support, and business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of 100โ€“130 dealer accounts.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive outbound sales activities and relationship management.
  • Conduct 40โ€“60 outbound calls daily to assigned and prospective customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with dealers to increase engagement and purchasing activity.
  • Resolve customer service issues including order management, returns, exchanges, shipping claims, damage claims, and warranty coordination.
  • Partner with manufacturer representatives and vendors to resolve customer concerns and support dealer success.
  • Ensure assigned accounts remain active and engaged through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Participate in phone queue operations and provide outstanding service to all customers, regardless of account ownership.
  • Recruit and develop new dealer relationships as approved by management.
  • Attend industry trade shows, dealer events, and company meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate account records and customer communications within company systems.
