  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships that support retention and growth.
  • Manage an established book of business through consistent pipeline discipline, account planning, and productivity.
  • Drive sales and profitability within existing accounts byidentifyingcustomer needs and recommending relevant solutions.
  • Make outbound sales calls to engage customers, expand relationships, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Educate customers on Quill products, programs, consolidation opportunities, and value-added services.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to maximize account potential and deliver an easy, seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct meaningful sales conversations with high-value customers to increasesalesacross categories.
  • Review account performance, revenue analytics, and profitability to support financially sound sales decisions.
  • Identifyunder-penetrated product categories and develop strategies to grow year-over-year revenue and gross profit.
