The Opportunity: 
eCapital is currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in our Lenexa, KS office. At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner. 
As a Sales Account Manager, you are the first person our prospective clients talk to. So, we’re looking for someone who can be the voice of the company, screening business-to-business leads to make sure their needs match our services. eCapital offers financial products and services that help keep small-to-medium transportation companies in the business. We truly love to help our clients grow and this is a position where you can grow too!
Responsibilities 
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and communicate how our services meet their business needs. 
  • Qualify leads and determine fit using sound judgment and knowledge of our business model. 
  • Customize sales approach and confidently present factoring solutions. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, including three newly advanced accounts. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify additional service opportunities. 
  • Collect and upload required documentation to complete client setup in Salesforce. 
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in Salesforce and the inContact dialer system. 
  • Initiate and manage outbound and inbound sales calls through the auto-dialer. 
  • Provide competitor insights and contribute to ongoing sales strategy. 
  • Participate in training and support new team members when needed. 
Qualifications 
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, client-focused mindset. 
  • Motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales. 
  • Organized and detail-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Eager to learn and grow within a sales-focused environment. 
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and/or high call volume is a plus.
