Job description

Looking for a consistent early-morning shift with weekends off? Join an industry leader in information and logistics management in Tracy as a Fulfillment Specialist. This role offers steady daytime hours, competitive weekly pay, and a great opportunity to expand your warehouse skills in a safe, team-oriented environment.


Pay Rate: $18.84/hr.

Duration: 2-months contract (potential temp-to-hire)

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (No Weekends)

What You’ll Do

  • Process inventory and custom kit orders accurately by receiving, collating, inserting, and assembling materials according to client specifications.
  • Operate light warehouse equipment and tools including pallet jacks, scales, binders, tape guns, box cutters, and automated inserters/folders.
  • Prepare items for shipment by stuffing/sealing envelopes, assembling boxes, logging data into software applications, and labeling outgoing packages.
  • Transport materials safely across the warehouse floor using carts or pallet jacks loaded up to 1,500 lbs.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required; ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written/verbal order instructions.
  • Ability to regularly lift items weighing 35–40 lbs (occasionally up to 51 lbs at shoulder height) and stand/walk for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Must possess ASTM F2413-11 compliant safety-toe footwear with a slip-resistant rating of "Better" or "Best."
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a respectful, team-first attitude.

Work Environment: You will work in a fast-paced, highly structured, fulfillment warehouse. The setting emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency while offering a supportive atmosphere where you can work both independently and collaboratively.

Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
