Make Your Mark:

The Senior Order Processing Coordinator owns the process of validating and booking all accepted quotes in accordance with our Company Bookings Policy and compliance policies. The Senior Order Processing Coordinator will also be responsible for handling all provisioning for closed Sales Orders, monitoring various operational reports, internal customer issue resolution, training for new employees, and standard Sales support. This role requires collaboration with several teams across the company, including Sales, Billing, IT, Legal, Support, and Services.


You'll Get To:

• Manage the Sales Order Processing Queue:
o Review all documentation for accuracy.
o Route contracts and legal agreements to proper Signers.
o Confirm that all fully executed documents are received for processing.
o Review and complete billing for orders, pushing the quote to Zuora and closing the opportunity.
o Create and redirect all cases related to Provisioning or Implementations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Billing, Deal Desk, and Sales Operations to enforce best practices around order form guidelines and all other pre-sale processes for a smooth booking process.
• Communicate pertinent information on the status of orders to management.
• Create and run Salesforce reports and action each item as needed.
• Manage provisioning customer instances with additional purchases through order forms.
• Supports month end/quarter end/year end, overtime required during these periods.
• Creates, reviews, and updates current operational procedures, as required.
• Maintain consistent knowledge of legal agreements and international requirements.

• 3+ years of experience supporting sales environments.

• Advanced experience in DocuSign is highly desired
• Recent experience in Salesforce
• Proficient in Excel and/or reporting and analytics
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Quick learner and able to comprehend the interdependency of multiple programs/processes
• Problem solver and self-motivated who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

• College Degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary Range:
USD $62,400.00/Yr. - USD $78,000.00/Yr.

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
