A Day in the Life:

In the position of Customer Operations Representative, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for finished goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing in SAP. Serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Order Lifecycle Management in SAP - Enter, validate, and maintain customer orders in SAP. Ensure pricing, quantities, and delivery dates are accurate.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order issues.
  • Communicate proactively on delays or changes.
  • Customer Communication and Issue Resolution - Provide timely updates to customers on order status. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or complaints.
  • Reporting - Prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement and Process Support - Participate in projects to improve order management processes.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Communications, Supply Chain, or related field of study
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience preferred.
