Customer Operations Representative!
About the role
As a Customer Operations Representative you are responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active Deferred Annuity products, including withdrawals, transfers, and setting up repetitive payments. You will contact external customers and agents to acquire the necessary information to process the requested transactions. Within this role you are responsible for understanding federal and municipal tax regulations, the difference between IRA and NQ accounts, and how different requests and products can affect the client in regard to being a taxable event.

- Collaborate with external customers and agents via telephone or written correspondence

Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.00 - $33.95 plus eligibility for Company Annual Bonus
Who you are
- Experienced in call center or operations
- Strong customer service orientation, including interpersonal skills
- Clear communicator professionally in writing, on the phone, and in person
- Understanding of processes and procedures for Deferred Annuity products
- Organized with outstanding follow-up skills
- Ability to manage responsibilities and conflicting priorities concurrently
- Ambitious and motivated to research answers, learn quickly, and retain information
- Self-motivated and inclined to take initiative
