Job description

Role Purpose
As a member of the Menzies Aviation Operations Agent team, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating and communicating with all departments to ensure the safe loading and unloading of aircraft. The Operations Agent will serve as the primary operational contact for all internal and external partners.
What you will be doing
  • Prevent delays and mitigate cancellation impacts by resolving issues or escalating to station leadership.
  • Coordinate on-time, safe operations through effective communication with internal and external departments and agencies.
  • Prepare, audit, and maintain flight-related paperwork, fuel records, and update flight information in all applicable programs.
  • Assist in planning/coordinating irregular operations (including Long Tarmac Delays), customer and baggage coordination, cargo monitoring, and gate/remote parking management.
  • Perform additional operational tasks as needed, including occasional ramp duties and required company/airline training.

What we are looking for
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess and maintain valid US driver's license
  • Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, Customs Seal, and employment history.
  • Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must have high school diploma, GED and/or six months experience as an Operations Agent
