A logistics company is looking for a Operations Agent to oversee customer interactions and ensure smooth logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of driver routing, excellent time management skills, and the ability to efficiently book and coordinate orders and vendors. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively while delivering outstanding service. Operations Agent Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring all issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
  • Book and set up orders/vendors, coordinating delivery schedules.
  • Manage driver routing tasks and ensure drivers are on schedule for timely deliveries.
  • Track orders and drivers to provide updates to customers; follow up to resolve any delays or issues.
