JOB SUMMARY:
The Guest Operations team plays a key role in delivering a positive experience for all attendees during Brewery Lights. This role involves supporting a variety of tasks to ensure smooth event execution, including welcoming guests, providing information, assisting with crowd flow, addressing guest concerns, and more! Team members must be professional, proactive, and responsive to guest needs while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Manage guest check in utilizing online registration platform.
  • Distribute pre-purchased add-ons.
  • Monitor guest lines and assist guests with any questions to provide a memorable experience.
  • Operate train in kids' zone thru approved route and assist guests with boarding train
  • Provide excellent guest service for a memorable experience.
  • Responsibly serve beverages to the guests.
  • All other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be comfortable working with public.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to stand, lift, walk, carry during shift.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
