Your Part In It:
Based in Chicago, you will play a key role in ensuring that shipments move smoothly across North America and beyond. From coordinating shipments to building strong relationships with customers and carriers, you will be an essential part of our Operations team.
OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
What the Job Entails:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Negotiate with carriers and shippers
  • Monitor shipments and ensure on-time deliveries
  • Manage shipping documentation
  • Maintain communication with customers and carriers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Minimum 1 year of logistics experience
  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Professionalism and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) + alternating weekends
