Travaillant à partir aux l'ouest de l'île de Montréal, nous recherchons notre prochain représentant du service à la clientèle. Vous serez responsable de vous assurer que le mouvement du fret à travers l'Amérique du Nord, ou même à travers le monde, est coordonné et exécuté avec succès selon les besoins de nos clients. 
Votre travail soutiendra notre équipe des opérations et vous communiquerez de manière approfondie avec les autres membres de l'équipe et le personnel de Traffic Tech. Ce poste est une excellente occasion de mettre les pieds dans le vaste domaine de la logistique. 
REPRÉSENTANT(E) DU SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE 
En quoi consiste de poste? 
  • Créer et maintenir de solides relations avec les fournisseurs ; 
  • Négocier avec les expéditeurs et les transporteurs ; 
  • Effectuer le suivi des expéditions 
  • Préparer les documents d’expédition requis ; 
  • Communiquer efficacement et professionnellement avec les clients et les transporteurs ;

  • Minimum d'un an dans un rôle de RSC 
  • Posséder un comportement professionnel au téléphone 
  • Personnalité extravertie, très énergique et flexible 
  • Capacité à rester concentré lorsqu'on travaille de façon autonome.

You will be responsible for making sure the movement of freight across North America, or even across the globe, is coordinated and executed successfully according to our customers’ needs. 
Your work will support our extensive Operations team and you will communicate thoroughly with other team members and Traffic Tech personnel. This position is a great opportunity to set foot within the extensive logistics’ field. 
  

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

What the Job Entails: 
  • Creating and maintaining Strong Vendor Relationships 
  • Negotiating with Shippers and Carriers 
  • Shipment tracking – monitor pickup and delivery 
  • Preparing required shipping documentation 
  • Effective and professional communication with clients and carriers 
  • Minor Accounting Functions and data entry 
What We Are Looking For: 
  • Minimum of 1 year in a CSR role 
  • Possess professional phone mannerisms 
  • Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible 
  • Ability to stay focused when working autonomously.
