THE OPPORTUNITY

Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a People Operations Generalist an integral part of running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department with a focus on orchestrating a seamless team member experience through the full employee life cycle. This position is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee concerns, promoting engagement, assisting with navigating conflicts by partnering with the Director, facilitating onboarding and orientation sessions, supporting the professional development needs of PDC and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role is critical in resolving conflicts by collaborating closely with management. This position will work with the Director to develop and facilitate training program. 


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop training individualized training and group programs that address specific business needs

Recommends organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improving performance

Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

Assists with all employee off-boarding activities to include systems' access, notifications, and checklists


WHAT YOU'LL EARN

  • Salary: $75,000-$90,000 annually

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field

Three+ years of Human Resources experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including intermediate Excel

Previous experience using HRIS/Payroll software (e.g., ADP, Dayforce, Success Factors, Paylocity, etc.)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
