Job Description

We are helping our client find a Human Resources Generalist! Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, coordinating pre-employment screening processes, onboarding documentation, and other human resources administrative duties as assigned. This position plays an integral role in the employee onboarding process.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Review applications and communicate with candidates for various operational positions.
  • Administer onboarding paperwork during new hire orientation and training sessions.
  • Communicate with operational supervisors regarding pre-employment screening, onboarding documentation, and hiring processes.
  • Coordinate random testing programs for field employees in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and human resources filing systems.
  • Organize and attend career fairs and recruiting events as needed.

Qualifications / Education / Experience

  • At least one year of administrative or clerical experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
