We're Hiring: HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support key people initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Support employee engagement and performance initiatives
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and other HR programs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
