Were looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our North America team.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic impact and is passionate about building high-performing, values-led teams.


Youll play a key role in partnering with leaders, supporting employees and delivering core People & Culture initiatives that drive engagement, performance and business growth across the region.



Key Responsibilities:

What youll do:

  • Partner with regional leaders to deliver day-to-day People & Culture initiatives aligned to business needs
  • Support and embed performance management frameworks, driving clarity and accountability
  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, including investigations and grievance processes
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support onboarding to set new hires up for success
  • Deliver a consistent and positive employee experience across the region
  • Manage office operations, including facilities coordination and workplace logistics
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records and ensure compliance with local legislation
  • Analyse HR metrics (e.g. turnover, engagement, performance) to inform decision-making
  • Provide reporting and insights to support continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with global P&C frameworks

  • 3+ years experience in an HR / People role within a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law (New York State required; Canadian exposure beneficial)
  • Experience managing employee relations and supporting performance conversations
  • Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident partnering with leaders to support people-related decision making
