The operations generalist is tasked with learning and exhibiting job specific tasks, generally-accepted supervisory skills, company-established policies, procedures, and interpersonal skills. Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
  • Satisfactorily completes development plan designed by department head or hiring manager.
  • Develops an understanding of the Company's business, policies, procedures, Practices, and management philosophy.
  • Establishes positive working relationship with all co-workers and supervisory personnel in assigned work areas.
  • Practices, complies and ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
  • Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalence.

Salary Range-  $58,000
