About us:
Elixirr (www.elixirr.com) is looking for a People Operations Analyst to join Elixirr's Operations team. This role will support the Elixirr Group internationally, with a focus on people data, systems administration, onboarding support and core people operations reporting.
Elixirr International plc is listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange following its successful IPO in July 2020.
The Elixirr business provides management consultancy services to corporate clients in many jurisdictions including the UK, EU, USA, South Africa, Asia and South America.
Elixirr prides itself on doing things differently and has positioned itself as the Challenger Consultancy. It is expanding its business through inorganic and organic growth. Elixirr has completed eight acquisitions since its IPO and has several potential targets in its acquisition pipeline.
This role is an exciting, hands-on position that will support a broad range of day-to-day people operations activities across the Group. You will work closely with the COO, HR, Finance, IT and wider business stakeholders to ensure our people data, systems and processes are accurate, timely and well managed.

Relevant experience:
  • 1-3 years in a similar or Consulting roles
  • Experience working with HR systems, people data, reporting and payroll support in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment is highly desirable

What can you expect to be doing:
This role will combine day-to-day operational delivery with ownership of core people operations data, systems administration and reporting activities.
Examples of key areas of responsibility might include:
  • Maintain global capabilities data in HRMS and SharePoint, ensuring records remain accurate, complete and up to date
  • Prepare and submit weekly headcount data into HRMS and maintain weekly headcount data across internal trackers
  • Respond to data requests across the business, providing accurate and timely people information to stakeholders
  • Manage feedback uploads into the relevant systems to support performance and people processes
  • Add new joiners to required systems and processes, including Security Training and Melon
  • Complete quarterly active list checks with IT Support to ensure system access and employee records remain aligned
  • Support payroll processes by preparing, validating and sharing required inputs in a timely manner

Day-to-day operational activities might include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain accurate employee data across HMRS, SharePoint and internal trackers, ensuring a high standard of data integrity
  • Prepare recurring people reports, including weekly headcount reporting, and support ad hoc analysis for business stakeholders
  • Coordinate and complete onboarding-related systems administration for new joiners across key platforms and training tools
  • Upload feedback inputs to help ensure performance processes are completed on time
  • Act as a point of contact for people data and systems requests across the business, partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT and Operations
  • Support core people operations processes by becoming a knowledgeable user of our systems and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working
  • Support payroll administration activities, including coordination of inputs for payroll and other people operations changes where required
  • Carry out regular audits and reconciliations of employee data to improve reporting accuracy and reduce process risk
  • Assist with periodic access and active employee checks with IT Support and follow through on required updates
  • Support administration linked to joiners, leavers and employee changes, ensuring all updates are completed accurately and on time
  • Help document, maintain and continuously improve people operations processes, templates and trackers
  • Provide responsive operational support across the People team and wider business, contributing to a smooth employee experience
