  • Oversee daily People Operations activities
  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and workload prioritization
  • Proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements to HR processes
  • Support HRIS process and system enhancements
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant
  • Identify opportunities to improve and standardize documentation practices
  • Partner with manager to establish, monitor, and analyze SLAs and KPIs
  • Support and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and projects
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolution of inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources or People Operations
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience in managing and improving HR processes
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally
  • Experience in data analysis and using HR metrics
