11th Hour Staffing, Inc is growing!! HIRING FOR A PART-TIME ONBOARDING SPECIALIST!

About the Role
11th Hour Staffing is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support our recruiting and HR operations. In this role, you will manage the onboarding process for new hires, assist candidates through the hiring process, and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and drug screenings
  • Complete I-9 forms and E-Verify submissions within required timeframes
  • Maintain and update employee and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist walk-in candidates and answer general questions about employment opportunities
  • Reconfirm and schedule candidate appointments
  • Maintain accurate HR files and perform periodic audits for compliance
  • Assist with recruitment efforts and general office administrative tasks
  • Prepare daily reports summarizing candidate activity and completed tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of administrative or office experience 
  • Staffing/recruiting or Call Center experience in a fast-paced environment helpful.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls & emails daily.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information


Work Environment

  • Fast-paced office environment
  • Primarily desk and computer work
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Additional hours during peak seasons)
