What are some common challenges faced by On Call Chaplains, and how can they effectively manage them?

On Call Chaplains often face the challenge of responding to urgent and unpredictable situations, such as providing emotional and spiritual support during medical emergencies or crises. Balancing quick decision-making with compassionate care is essential, as is maintaining personal well-being while frequently working irregular hours.
